Installation Questions

For wall-mounted shelves, towel racks, shower caddies or other mounted accessories, include the product name and information about the intended mounting surface when relevant.

Damaged Products

If a mirror, shelf, organizer, tray, rack, holder or other product arrives damaged, retain the item and packaging and provide photographs where appropriate.

Missing Mounting Components

If an item arrives without a component described as included with the product, contact us before attempting an alternative installation.

Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, with up to 5 business days during unusually busy periods.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 180 days after confirmed delivery. Contact Customer Support before returning merchandise.

Refunds

Once an eligible refund is approved, ceraviel™ generally initiates it within 5–10 business days after approval.
