Product Information

We aim to accurately describe dimensions, intended use, included components and relevant installation information for Ceraviel bathroom products.

Bathroom Fit & Measurements

Bathroom spaces vary. Customers should review product dimensions before purchasing bath trays, shelves, organizers, towel racks, toilet paper holders and similar items.

Installation

Wall-mounted shelves, towel racks, shower caddies and other mounted accessories must be installed according to the applicable instructions and on a suitable surface.

Do not exceed any stated load recommendations.

Wet & Humid Environments

Bathrooms are wet and humid environments. Products should be cleaned, dried and maintained as appropriate for their materials and intended use.

Mirrors & Breakable Components

Mirrors and other potentially breakable components should be handled carefully and installed securely. Do not use a cracked or damaged mirror.

Bath Mats & Floor Surfaces

A bath mat may improve comfort but does not guarantee slip prevention. Wet bathroom floors should still be treated with appropriate caution.

Prices & Order Total

Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes and final order total are shown through checkout before payment is submitted.

Order Acceptance

Processing

Tracking

Initial carrier movement commonly appears approximately 1–3 business days after label creation.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 180 days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

Product Condition

Preference-return eligibility may be affected where products have been permanently installed, drilled, cut, modified, heavily stained, broken or materially damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once an eligible refund is approved, ceraviel™ generally initiates it within 5–10 business days after approval.
